On-Site Personal Training -  City Fit Personal training will provide you with 100% undivided attention in a program that is specifically tailored for you. Your City Fit trainer comes prepared and equipped to give you a specialized workout at the location of your choice. This includes residential gyms, hotel gym facilities, your home, office, or hotel room. 

Small Group Training - Delivered in a semi-private partner setting, this is an extremely motivational program with a fun, competitive style specifically tailored for your group. 

Travel Training-  Constantly on the road? City Fit Travel Training is just for you! As we work with the travel schedules of various professionals, executives, and artists, we create unique programs designed to fit your individual needs. As a City Fit client, you have two options for Travel Training:

1. Bring a City Fit certified personal trainer with you on the road.

2. City Fit certified personal trainers create individualized programs for you to take on the road in the absence of a trainer. 

 

Appointments are approximately 30 minutes or 60 minutes long

City Cycle

Hate to run? Get bored with cardio? Hop on a City Cycle bike and ride your way to a fitter, healthier you! 

City TRX & Core

Use your body as your machine as you enjoy resistance and suspension training exercises that focus on a blend of high heart rate, strength, and core exercises. With consistent attendance, we guarantee this class will make you strong! 

City 50/50

A dynamic mixed class of half cardio and half weight training designed to give you the perfect total body workout.

City Run Clubs

Enjoy the camaraderie of fellow fitness enthusiasts in the City Fit Runner's Club. Join a group of interested clients who share fitness and health goals at similar fitness levels. 

City Bootcamp

City Bootcamp is designed to give you a high intensity, total body workout with a mix of body weight exercises, core exercises, cardio movements, and plyometrics! Guaranteed to keep your heart rate up the entire 50 minutes!

City Yoga

City Yoga is designed to replenish, soothe, and awaken the body, mind, and breath. Each flow is crafted to relieve soreness and stress, improve posture and flexibility, and rediscover balance from the inside out. Guided movement is followed by an extended savasana that is sweetened with luxurious essential oils. You will leave your City Yoga class feeling centered and refreshed.

Vinyasa Yoga

Flow seamlessly in and out of poses—one breath at a time. Each practice is intentional and well-rounded, so you leave feeling more open and grounded than when you arrived. Build strength and flexibility while you experience favorites like Downward Dog, Crescent Lunge, backbends, and more.

Gentle Yoga

Gentle Yoga is a practice of easeful movements, deep breathing, and held stretches. Perfect for beginners, older adults, individuals recovering from injuries, and all who relish tuning in to their body, mind, and breath in a quiet, subtle way. This class has no planks, standing poses, or Downward Dog.

Yoga Nidra

Looking for ultimate relaxation? Try Yoga Nidra. Yoga Nidra (also known as “yoga sleep” or “wakeful sleep”) is a guided meditation practice. Supported by soft blankets and pillows,recline on your back and let your eyes fall closed. Allow your teacher to take you through profoundly relaxing dream-like imagery and meditation techniques. 

BUTI YOGA

BUTI Yoga is a dynamic blend of power yoga, cardio-intensive tribal dance and deep abdominal toning. This high-intensity workout is for those that love to combine getting zen with their passion to move freely to music. We train the core using the Spiral Structure technique, created by Founder Bizzie Gold that transforms the way the body looks and performs.
